What’s your exchange/return policy?
In an effort to reduce our footprint and support thoughtful purchases, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. All of our products have product descriptions which include sizing charts or measurement tables/information to ensure accurate sizing prior to purchase. We want your purchase to be well thought out and intentional. We want you to love it and keep it. But, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@thirdsectorswag.com and we will make it right!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort this out for you. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed or unused.
