Shipping policy

Shipping costs are displayed in the checkout before your final purchase is made. Shipping is free on orders above $100 and we charge a flat rate for shipping on all other orders. Please note that the amount stated to qualify for free shipping is before taxes.

Where do you ship?

We will soon be shipping worldwide! Shipping costs on all international orders will be calculated at checkout. 

Our production partner has distribution centres in Mexico, Latvia, the UK and Spain with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil and Australia. We recommend checking our site to see what is available in your area and checking with your country’s customs office to determine if you will be charged customs upon delivery. We are working hard to make this more seamless so we hope to have an update to this part of the shipping policy soon!

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once we receive your order it generally takes about 3 - 5 business days for your garment or accessory to be made. During busier times such as holidays and sales, order processing may increase to 7-10 business days. Average transit times are between 3 - 10 business days, after your order has been processed. Third Sector Swag items are all made to order so it will take more time for your item to reach you. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please take a look in your spam and promotions folders.
